Apricot Nectar Cake Recipe
- 1 (46 ounce) can apricot nectar
- 7 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 large angel food cake, torn into small pieces
Preparation:

Combine first three ingredients and cook over medium heat until mixture becomes clear and bubbly. Watch closely, stirring constantly. Take off heat and pour over a large angel food cake which has been torn into small pieces and placed in a greased 9×13 glass baking dish. Cover and allow it to chill 24 hours in refrigerator. Serve with a scoop of whipped tipping
