Baked Chicken Wings Recipe
- 3 pounds chicken wings, which is about 15 wings
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons five-spice powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed.
Preparation:

Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces and discard tips. Put chicken wings in a shallow glass dish. Mix remaining wing ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and turning occasionally.
Heat oven to 370 degrees. Put chicken on rack in foil lined broiler pan and reserve marinade. Brush chicken with marinade. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 30 more minutes longer, brushing occasionally
