Baked Zuccini Recipe

Baked Zuccini Recipe
- 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini (about 4 small)
- 1 cup Quick biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs. snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
- Dash of pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation:
Baked Zuccini Recipe
Heat oven to350°F and grease pan baking sheet. Mix all ingredients the ingredients and spread them out in the pan. Bake until golden brown about 25 minutes. Cut into pieces about 2 x 1. Makes: 4 dozen. An excellent healthy low calorie dish.
