  • 4 ounce Butter melted
  • 4 cup Argula cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 each Lemon
  • 1 each Lemon cut in wedges

  • 1 handful alderwood chips, soaked in water for at least 20 minutes
