Peach Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

• Muffins:
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 1/3 cups flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches
• Streusel:
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 tbsps flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 1/2 tbsps cold butter
