Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2lbs boneless-skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1” cubes)
  • Marinade-
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Batter-
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • oil (for frying)
  • Sauce-
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 slices of lemon (peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • yellow food coloring (optional)

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Marinate the chicken while you prepare the rest of the ing 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast (about 2 breasts), cubed About 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 3 scallions, whites only thinly sliced on an angle 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced 4 cups Broccoli medium florets
  • 1 -inch piece peeled fresh ginger minced 1/4 cup Carrot shredded
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 3/4 to 1 teaspoon red chili flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 3 Green onion sliced (or tops reserved from maranade)
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry

  • ¼ Cup Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
  • ¼ Cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbls Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbls. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbls. Olive Oil
  • 3 Green Onions, Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces
  • 1 Red Bell Peppers, Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • ½ Cup Carrots, Sliced
  • 2 Cups Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 Tbls. Fresh Ginger, Minced
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • ¾ Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut Into ½” Strips
  • 2 Cups Brown Rice, Hot Cooked
  • 2 Tbls. Slivered Almonds, Toasted
