Chinese Style Chicken Wings Recipe

Chinese Style Chicken Wings Recipe
- 1 lb of chicken wings
- ¼ cup of flours
- ¼ teaspoon lemon-pepper salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 ½ teaspoon cooking oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut wings at joints. This should give you about 24 pieces. In a shallow bowl mix flour, lemon-pepper seasoning, and garlic salt. Coat each piece of chicken with the above mixture. Heat oil in a skillet Add chicken and cook uncovered until brown. Turn occasionally. Place chicken in a baking dish In a sauce pan mix together sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil making sure to stir so the sugar will dissolve. Pour over chicken and bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and the chicken is tender.
I am a huge football fan. So on Sundays during football season you will find me watching games all day long. I love to have snacky food for the games and these Chinese Style chicken Wings is on of my favorites.
