Classic Melon and Prosciutto Appetizers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cantaloupe
  • ¼ pound prosciutto

Preparation:

Slice melon in half.  Clean out the fibers and seeds out of the cantaloupe. Cut each half into 6 wedges and remove rind.  Cut each wedge in to six pieces.   Cut prosciutto into thin slices and wrap around melon piece.  Secure the prosciutto to the melon with a toothpick.
