Cornbread Bacon Stuffing Recipe

Cornbread Stuffing with Bacon Recipe
- 4 slices bacon cut into ½ inch pieces
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2 ¼ cup seasoned cornbread stuffing crumbs
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
Preparation:

Begin by heating oven to 350 degrees. Coat 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray. In skillet cook bacon over medium heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally until bacon is brown but not crisp. Stir in bell pepper and onion and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender. Stir in cranberries. Add water and heat to boiling
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in stuffing mix, seasoned salt and marjoram until well mixed. Spoon into baking dish. Cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
