Cranberry Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- Meat balls
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs (unseasoned)
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- Sauce
- 1 bottle of chili sauce
- 1 8 oz can of jellied cranberry sauce.
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs.
Mix well and roll into 1 inch balls an place on ungreased baking sheet. Make sure the baking sheet has sides. Bake about 27 minutes or meatballs are brown and longer pint in the middle. In a large saucepan mix the sauce ingredients
Mix well and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes making sure to stir occasionally. Add meatballs to sauce mix and coat completely.
