Devonshire Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Small bunches seedless green grapes or any fresh fruit
- Sour cream
- Additional brown sugar
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, ¾ cup brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla with mixer on high speed. Spoon 1/3 cup filling into each of nine ½ cup ramekins or custard cups. Bake 20 minutes or until center is just set. Cool on rack, and then chill. To serve, top each cheesecake with fresh grapes or fruit and a dollop of sour cram. Sprinkle with additional brown sugar.
