Fried Clams Recipe

Clams Fried Recipe
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 3 dozen small cleaned clams
- ¼ cup clam juice
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup minced parsley
Preparation:
Fried Clams Recipe
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet. Add garlic and stir, do let it brown. Add clams, stirring and making sure the clams are coated with oil. Add clam juice and white wine. Cover and cook over low heat, shaking the pan 5 to 8 minutes or until the clams have fully opened. Add breadcrumbs and parsley, shaking the pan several more times. Serve right away.
