Grilled Salmon Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (5-6 oz) piece of fresh salmon, chopped into pieces
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 10-14 crackers (unsalted saltines), crushed
- 1/4 C finely grated Parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- tiny squirt of lemon juice (optional)
Preparation:
Grilled Salmon Burger Recipe
Heat up the grill then mix crackers, egg, onion, garlic, cheese, pepper, and lemon juice together in a medium bowl. Add the salmon and mix forming two patties. Grill for 2-2.5 minutes apiece on each side being careful not to overcook. Serve on a freshly baked seeded roll using desired condiments. Garnish as desired.
