Grilled Salmon Burger Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5-6 oz) piece of fresh salmon, chopped into pieces
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 10-14 crackers (unsalted saltines), crushed
  • 1/4 C finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • tiny squirt of lemon juice (optional)

Preparation:

Grilled Salmon Burger Recipe

Heat up the grill then mix crackers, egg, onion, garlic, cheese, pepper, and lemon juice together in a medium bowl. Add the salmon and mix forming two patties. Grill for 2-2.5 minutes apiece on each side being careful not to overcook. Serve on a freshly baked seeded roll using desired condiments. Garnish as desired.
