Sweet and Sour Ham Steak Recipe
- 1/3 cup Orange marmalade
- 1/4 apricot preserves
- 1 tsp. finely grated lime peel
- 1 tbs. lime juice
- 1 tsp. peeled, grated ginger root
- 1/2 jalapeño Chile pepper seeded and finely chopped
- 1 (3/4-inch thick) fully cooked ham slice (about 1 1/4 lb.)

Coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium high at about 350°F-400°F and in a small bowl, blend the orange marmalade, apricot preserves, lime peel, juice, ginger and jalapeño pepper. Grill the ham steak covered for 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, brushing with glaze before serving. Serve with a nice garden salad. Makes a great quick and easy ham steak.
